Came into Pickleman’s in McKinney around 9:30 PM, and even though they close at 10, the staff made us feel completely welcome. There was no rush, no pressure, and none of that “we’re closing soon” vibe you usually get at that hour. Chanel helped us at the counter, and she was fantastic—very kind, very courteous, and happy to share her personal favorites when we were deciding what to order. Her professionalism and friendliness stood out immediately. We thought about taking our food to-go out of respect for the time, but Chanel let us know it was absolutely fine to dine in since they serve customers until closing. That level of hospitality was refreshing and genuinely appreciated. The food was great—fresh, flavorful, and well-made. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location.

Tried their turkey sandwich and had to leave a review immediately after! It was AMAZING, way better than subway in my opinion. They’re chipotle ranch is so good I also ordered it on Uber Eats and they had a ton of really good deals! I think this is gonna be my new go-to spot

I first learned about this place in Oklahoma. My son went to school at ou and when I would visit, I would always tell him to take me to a place that is not in texas. He to me here and I fell in love. My son told me that Mckinney texas was getting a location. So on sat may 3 2025, we drove an hour to that location. I live in rowlett and it took me 56 minutes to get to pickelmans. I went to get an eye exam before going to the restaurant. I recommended it to the staff. Can we get a pickelmans in rockwall, Texas? Please. We need this place on our side of town. The community of rowlett, rockwall, Garland, would benefit from the spot. When I sat down to eat, I felt like I was back in Oklahoma. My turkey bacon sandwich was superb. Me and my son received supreme service, just like in Oklahoma. I hope to see this location in my community soon. However, I will drive an hour to go back.

I had the chicken salad sandwich and chocolate chip cookies and it was so good. I love when I spend my money on restaurants and I actually get good food and I don’t have to regret what I spent lol this was very good. I will definitely be back. Though, I wish they gave me napkins since it was a to go order, but that’s the only thing I would complain about. So yummy. Can’t wait to try other items on their menu. Went back today 2/22/26 lol and just wanna say thank you for the napkins and cookies!!!!! Tried the pizza too… AMAZING.. I love thin crust but papa John and dominos just haven’t been doing it for me anymore… probably whatever ingredients they use it just doesn’t make me feel good afterwards but picklemans ingredients are noticeably much better. Oh and the lemonade was like perfect, not too sweet not too tart, not artificial tasting just perfect. This might be my new favorite place when I wanna hand over money I should be saving and want to stray away from my diet I’m suppose to be on 😆 since it doesn’t feel like I’m eating something horrible like I do at other places. 😋✨

First time here. I loved the convenience of ordering online and picking up at the drive thru. The sandwiches seemed a bit smaller than I expected but they were packed and they were super delicious and filling. It helps that they have a variety of options for my family that can’t ever seem to agree on one restaurant. My kids loved the tavern style pizza and mac n cheese.

Pickleman's is a hidden gem that we had driven by a few times before finally stopping in—and I’m so glad we did. This place is truly underappreciated. The food was prepared quickly and turned out phenomenal. The atmosphere is fantastic—super clean, with respectful and fast service. The soups, salads, and sandwiches were all amazing, and the fresh pizza and cheese were a real highlight. It’s much better than Panera in every way, making it a perfect spot for a family outing. Pickleman's offers a really great dining experience. I’d highly recommend stopping by. Definitely a ten out of ten!

Service was exceptional! One of the team members that took my order she was incredibly kind! Even though I came minutes before closing today! This was my first time visiting after trying their sandwiches once before in NFM, I will definitely be back again and would recommend to anyone else 😊

I’m so sad I forgot the girls name upfront from yesterday, but I will say everyone was so patient and helpful. It was our first time here, we clearly didn’t know what we were doing and the entire staff helped us with a smile. Thank you so much for your kindness. We will definitely be back not only for the food, but the customer service!

Tried for the first time this weekend. Very pleased with the service and helpfulness of the staff. Told them it was our first time and they made recommendations. Ingredients were quality and I felt the serving sizes were above average. Price is about the same as I would spend at most other sandwich shops but I felt the taste and quality was top notch. This is now our favorite sandwich shop.

Fun atmosphere! Food was great! Definitely a step up from typical sandwich restaurants. Easy to get in and out of, especially considering it’s off one of the busiest roads, 380. Will definitely try this one again!
